I'm Baaaack

...again. I can't believe it's been a month since I've posted! I've been in kind of a funk lately. Apparently for the past month.

At the beginning of last week, I decided to eat as low carb as possible. I had already planned out our supper meals and they were not low carb, but I figured if I could eat low carb the other meals of the day, that's a beginning. So, I'm into week 2 of that and I've lost 3 lbs. Yay! That sounds really great until you know that that means I'm back to 200, which is what I weighed the last time I posted here. BUT, at least the scale is moving in the right direction: down!

I'll try to be back Friday with my weigh-in. We have a busy weekend here, so I hope I remember it!
