So yesterday, I started back again counting my points on Weight Watchers. Oh, and I exercised.
I stepped on the scale this morning, just to see (since my official weigh-in day is Friday) and I was down to 201! Yay! That's 2 more pounds gone since Thursday!
So far, so good. I've kept up with my points and exercised for 2 days in a row. I'm just taking it one day at a time. I did use some Flex points yesterday, but that's what they're for, right?
For my snack today, I found something that I like alot! I had half a cup of cottage cheese with 1 tbsp. of strawberry jelly for a 2 point snack! It was so yummy. Now, I'm looking forward to the Tater Tot Casserole we're going to have for supper tonight.
