Friday Weigh-In

Today was my official weigh-in (WI) day. The scale said 201 this morning. That's a loss of 2 pounds this week. Pretty good!

Also, I've accomplished exercising for 5 days this week. I hope to exercise tomorrow too.

Here's hoping for another 2 pounds next week and another 5 days of working out!
