So, it's Friday again....that means weigh-in day. Today was 200!!! YAY! That means I've lost 3 lbs. this week.
It's been a good week. I got back to my exercise; I managed to get in 4 days with Jillian and plan to do it again tomorrow. (Friday's just don't work out well for me to get in a workout.) I stayed on plan with my points and drinking all my water, with the exception of today, but I did better than I could have.
I'm going to a birthday party tomorrow and I do plan to have a small piece of cake there. I've tried at parties before to NOT eat cake while everyone else was, and it just makes me miserable. So, I think it's better to have a small piece and enjoy it than to put SO much pressure on myself.
So, the plan for next week is to keep up what I've been doing: exercise at least 5x, hit my points target everyday, drink ALL my water everyday. I'll be moving up to Level 2 on Jillian's 30-Day Shred. That's what works, apparently.
