...because I weighed in at 197 this morning!
I'm keeping up with what I eat again today to see how things work out for me. I don't really know what did it. I stayed under 20g carbs yesterday, added more fats, and went back to eating the same things I ate last week.
Generally I have 1 egg and 1 slice of lunchmeat turkey cooked in 1 tbsp. butter for breakfast. Then, I ate a salad with lettuce, cheese, cucmbers, olives, bacon pieces and ranch dressing for lunch. Yesterday, my snack was a pepperoni stick and 2 oz. cheddar cheese. Then for supper I had 2 turkey burger patties with 1 oz. cheddar cheese on top, a serving of coleslaw, and some cucumbers with sour cream. That's mostly what I ate last week (though my snacks and suppers varied, but stayed LC), and I lost 3 lbs. After yesterday, I was down 3 lbs.
The worst part is I wanted to eat sooooo bad yesterday. It wasn't that I was hungry, I just wanted to eat. Anything. But I remained on plan and it paid off. So far today, I'm on plan and hoping to remain there and see some good results in the morning. I'm a little concerned about the weekend though since that is ALWAYS a weakness for me.
On another positive note, I've drank 100 oz. of water everyday this week! So, I'm looking to keep the momentum going and see another 3 lbs. gone next Friday! Until then......
